Hello Aspirant,

There are many alternatives. He can write the supplementary exam or study for one more year to be better than now. If not, Bachelor of preparatory programme is a great opportunity. This programme is offered for the students who wish to do Bachelors degree of IGNOU organized by the University.

There is no essential qualification required to have passed in 10+2. You can go through it.
