My friend's CRL rank 245425 and sc rank 13570..then which NIT colleges he will get??

Well with SC rank of 13570, your friend might not be able to get seat in some of the top NITs. Below I have listed some of the NITs, where your friend could get a seat -
- NIT Jalandhar
- NIT Goa
- NIT Sikkim
- NIT Silchar
- NIT Srinagar
- NIT Surat
So these are some of the NITs, where you might be able to get a seat. But exactly which branch will you get that is hard to tell. Better attend the JoSAA counselling process and see which colleges or branches are you getting.
