Hello student yes he's eligible as Telangana open board is a recognized board. Eligibility criteria says that - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.

He got 89% in mpc but not only one attempt frist time one sub fail and he rewrite th sub and complete his open inter. His doubt is he is eligible for NIT college

Yes he's eligible, candidates are eligible to appear 3 consecutive time for NIT.
