He can go for a private medical or dental seat if he has qualified NEET UG. Also, he can apply to AYUSH courses given that he has wualified NEET. Many colleges provide Allied Health Sciences courses too, some of which dont require NEET marks and admission is done on the basis of Class 12 Marks like BPT, BALSP.
If he wants to, he can prepare again as there are thousands of medical aspirants who crack NEET in 4-5 attempts. He has to prepare really well and study wholeheartedly.
