My gate cse 2019 marks is 34.67 and score is 448 and i belonged to OBC so is there any chance to get any top NITs in NSR rpund?

This score is not enough to get NITs even with NSR round.You need at least 550 score in gate examination under general quota to pursue metch degree courses.To get high ranked NITs you need at least 700 score.Under OBC Quota you need at least 450 score,you are close of it..So wait till IIT Guwahati releases score.You are close to closing score of nit under OBC quota.Closing score may change as it depends upon ranking of NITs.For sureity wait till results get announces.
