My gate marks are 54.33 in ECE branch and I belongs to OBC is there any chance to get an IIT?

Score is important rather than marks. And you can easily get the call from IIT (Except Bombay and Delhi)

But in general, to get into IITs, the normal cutoff is around 650-700GATE score (could be a bit higher too sometimes). To get such a score, you may have to have atleast 55-60 out of 100.
IITs cutoff for GATE is the minimum score required for admission into M.Tech programmes across various IITs.
