my gate ME score is 604 in GATE'19, where can i supposed to get seat in IITs for MTech program?

If you are in Generalcategory then you can't get into IIT's with this score for Mtech. If you are in OBC's category then you can get into IIT Gandhinagar or the IIT Patna. If you are in SC/ST then chances are very high to get into IIt's like Roorkee or Guwahati.
