My gate score is 400 and marks 28.33 and rank 6000 in ECE ...Am I eligible for iit/ iiit/ nit?

First of all greetings to you ..!!!
For Qualifying Gate Examination ...Now for If you'll get IIT or NITs yes for sure you can get NITs but iits a bit difficult..But we should hope for the best....
