My general category rank is 39k and in outside state category-2437 which colleges can i get??

You should go for counselling and concentrate on colleges which come under your state because by chance you might get a seat .second thing there are few good colleges which are private but too good and if you have given exam for them then you should go for counselling like comedk, wbjee..etc .set in every counselling and try till last round.wish you could get a seat in good college! Talk with your teachers and seniors.
