My general rank is 11984 and SC rank is 1183 can I get admission in b.tech ?

It's good rank. Firstly clear your priority or interest of college-

1.All India Colleges

You can get the admissions via JoSAA Counselling in which JEE ranks are taken into account and colleges are over All India Govt. Colleges.

2. State Colleges

You get admission in your State Colleges via State Counselling in which JEE Ranks matters.

Make the list of your own interest of colleges and upload it, you will get the  selected college Round Wise. If you don't like it, you will go for the next round for another college.
