My general rank is 22000 what can be my obc rank?

There is nothing like OBC rank exists. You may have been confused by someone. Different categories have different cut off ranges. During the counselling for b.tech colleges, these colleges releases cut off ranges of ranks for different categories like general, female, SC/ST, OBC, etc.
Rank ranges for categories are bit higher than that for General. For eg. if the rank range for admission in an NIT in CS branch is 2000 to 6000 for general than for OBC it can be 3000 to 8000, that's it nothing else is there.
This just an example difference may be bigger or smaller than this.

It can not be predicted exactly now because it will depend upon how many students are there in those 22000 who belongs to obc rank.
But according to the rank predictor your rank will be around 4-5 thousand (may vary depending upon April exam and other conditions.)
