Hello dear you have not mentioned the stream under which you have got that rank.Secondly you also not make clear that in which exam you got that rank.So i am assuming that you got that rank in JEE Mains.For 44k rank in General caste and having a OBC rank,it is sure that you will get a govt. college like NIT,GFTis etc.So don't worry and wait for the counselling's next round on July 3,2019.You can use our college predictor for your curiousity.
