How much fees for these college course?

The fees depend on your respective branch. If you are taking course in high tier colleges, different branch have different fees. For example in a college for CSE it will be 25000 rs whereas for electrical it will be 12000 rs. You need to verify the amount of fees with your respective college or visit their official website.
