My general rank is 52000 and OBC rank is 13700. I am from Maharashtra. Is there any possibility that I could get a good college and branch?

Dear Aspirant,
Yes you have a chance of getting good Colleges in Maharashtra.
You can try in top private Universities .
You have somewhat less chance of getting Government colleges there.
