Sorry, but you didn't mention which exam you are asking about. If you provide the exam name then i can help you better. But still, let me tell you MOP Up round usually conducted at the end of the all round. And it also depends on there is any seat vacant in any college. If there is a vacant seat then you have a choice to get admission on that college. but if there isn't then that college won't participate in the mop-up round.
