My Graduation is completed in 2020. But I have to give 1 Back paper of my graduation on February 2021. I am applying for SSC CGL. In form there is a section of college status, percentage and CGPA. So, what should I fill in this? can anyone please help me.

Sorry to say but you are not eligible to appufor SSC CGL because the eligibility criteria requires a candidate to have passed Bachelors Degree from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% in Mathematics at Higher Secondary (12or equivalent)levelORAny Bachelors Degree from a recognized University or Institute with Statistics as one of the subjects at the degree level.
Also, in the official notification it is clearly mentioned that one needs to obtain the required qualification by 1st January, 2021 and this also includes clearing all the backlogs (if any).
