Hello,

As you've said that you've fractured your hand 3 times but it has been treated by ayurvedic treatment and it's fully functionable. However, a fracture and its treatment does not make a Person with Disability which is PwD. A person who has an ailment that makes him or her 40% disabled will be considered as PwD.
