My hearing loss is 65 and I have a pwd certificate, so I give any benifits from neet exams??

Indeed, you are qualified for a number of special perks and reservations under the PwD category as a NEET applicant with a 55% hearing loss and a current PwD certificate.
Benefits:
PwD candidates are entitled for a 5% reservation in All India quotaand State Quotas for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and B.Sc Nursing seats. This is true for both Government and private medical colleges.
