No, if your family income is more than 8 lakhs per year, you cannot claim reservation benefits under the OBC-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) or EWS (Economically Weaker Section) categories for NEET. However, you remain fully eligible to claim a regular state quota seat under the General/Unreserved category if you meet your state's domicile rules.
