In 65 %ile your rank would be around 18,000 in ST category.
For ST expected cutoff is around 40 - 70 %ile..
So , there are some chances that you may not be able to qualify JEE Mains...

Hello dear,
According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be above 3 lakh and your category rank will above 10,000 .With this rank ,there is very less chance that you will be eligible for jee advanced. So it will be better to go for next attempt.
