You will have to look at private colleges and universities. Some universities that take JEE Main score are Sastra University - this also takes class 12 marks, Thapar University which take through JEE Main, JIIT to name a few.
Other than that - state level options depend upon which state you belong to. Let us know that so we can get back to you about it. Also have you applied to any other entrance exams other than JEE Main?
Lastly I would not advise a drop. It is not a wise decision.
