Hi prashant ,
I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any nit with mechanical as branch unless you have any homestate quota in lower nits.
As top nits even you have homestate quota there closing cutoff for mechanical engineering goes max upto 6k to 7k though there coupd only be a chance that if you have homestate quota in northeast region .
Either take admission into any reputed nits with lower branch and try to change branch in next year by scoring well .
