My jee advanced 2018 score is 44. I belong to sc category. Will I get any IIT, also what does qualifying marks mean?

With 44 marks you can not get any of the iit or even nit. So try to take admission by giving exam of individual colleges. So the qualifying marks are the marks relative to which your marks are compared and then you know whether you have qualified the exam or not.
