Hello Pravin,
As your rank is nearly 3K,you are definitely eligible to get admission in IIT.As, To get decent branches such as CSE, MnC, ECE, EE, ME at these IITs requires a rank under 3K.So,If you want any of thses branches you can definitely get any of them.
