My jee main 2019 rank is 11786. Which college should I apply for?? My jee advance rank is 12376 and there fore not expecting any it.

So, you have scored finely in both JEE MAINS and adv, and don't have to worry about getting admission in government colleges. So in both, the latter IITs, and NITs have cutoffs about that of your score. IISR, IISc, etc other government colleges are also available. You can apply through JoSAA, decide upon which branch you want, and set a preference list accordingly, you'll get a good seat according to your merit. All the best!
