See the rank u have secured is not enough for u to bag a seat in the good colleges like NITs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses. U should be going for state college and private Institutions for ur btech career as u would be getting some of the concessions in the fee structure fo private college with ur JEE MAINS marks.
