My jee main is not qualify bihar board 12th marks 74.4% which eng college better for me

With boards percentage you won't get any seat in government engineering college.For government engineering college you have to appear in their entrance examination.Entrance examination like WBJEE,JEE MAINS,JCECE etc.

JEE also considers percentile score. If you get 80%ile which most probably you will get you are eligible for JEE
