My jee main percentile is 68% . But i got only 61.80% in 12 th would i get any NIT

No, you will not get any seat in any NIT or CFTI based on the percentile or rank that you have scored in JEE Mains 2019 examination. Your percentile is very low and the percentage that you scored in 12th also is below average. You can try for private colleges.
