My jee main rank from sc category is 14882 and crl is 262000 have any chance for admission in Delhi technical university

At this rank, you won't get any branch in DTU, NSIT, and IIIT Delhi. I would suggest you to look for other colleges that accept JEE Main's rank. There are few private colleges too that accept JEE Main's rank you can have a look at them.
