Congratulations on securing a good rank. There are 2 colleges you should look upon one is BIT Mesra and IIIT Ranchi. Both are in Jharkhand and your state quota increases your chances to get Into it. You might have to go through couple of counselling rounds to secure seat in these 2 colleges.
