I am very sorry to inform you that if you are from general category then it is quite difficult for you to get a seat in Jabalpur Engineering College .As seeing previous year cut off rank it might be possible that you will get seat in lower branch.
But if you are from any reserved category then there is a fair chance that you will get seat but may not be your desired branch.

As per as your rank you have low chances for getting any seat in jabalpur engineering college for ECE or mechanical branch. As per your rank last year production closed at 119000 for genral rank.
So you have low chance for getting it. Hope it helps you
