With that percentile you have to wait for special round like the one which was conducted last year by CSAB. In CSAB special rounds the cutoff falls drastically and you may get lower branch in lower NITs or a good branch in lower GFTIs like GKV HARIDWAR, HNB GARHWAL and GGU BILASPUR.
