my JEE MAIN score is 76.28 percentile obc category is that good mark as Im a female candidate?

It would be difficult to predict your exact admission possibilities or qualifying cutoff based on your percentile. But this score seems not enough to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs with this percentile as general category.
You can go for the state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana, MP etc. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 April Session again & score well.
