my jee main score is 92,air 88400 and oc rank is 24400,i am from Patna 12 marks is 71 percent ,can I get any good college.

Yes, you can get admission in top private colleges. You can get private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
