Thanks for asking your query, congratulations on securing such a nice rank in Jee mains in both the category as per Jee eligiblity home state reservation is also there for students as you belong to Telangana you will also get benefits in government engineering college.I would suggest you to wait for Jee cutoff for different colleges.

First of all I would like to congratulate you on your excellent result.
Since, your home state is Telangana, so you have home state quota for NIT Warangal, which is one of the top NITs. So, cutoff for CSE is too high. Last year closing OBC rank for CSE in home state quota was around 800. So, there is less chance of much variation this year. By other state quota,the best NIT you would get, according to me, is MNNIT Allahabad as last year closing OBC category rank for CSE for other state quota students was around 1200 only. So, you can expect a seat there.
