Hi Saginala,
You are eligible for JEE advanced paper. Admission in government college such as NIT's , IIIT's depends upon college criteria and cut off. If you match their cut off you are eligible. Try filling your state government college in councelling. Give them first preferance and then to Any NIT's or IIIT's. Surely you will get admission in one.
