At this rank, you won't get any branch in HBTU Kanpur. Though you should apply, you might get something but it's chances are really less. So, I would suggest you to keep your other options ready. You can also apply for private colleges that accept JEE Main's rank. Below is the link for the list of some of those colleges:

You have too less jee main percentile and you can't get admission in hbtu, kanpur even in the last departments like chemical tech. Etc there.
My advise would be to go for state governed institutes or good private college but don't hope any college through jee main merit.
You can also consider drop as an option if you were a fresher this time.
