my jee mains crl is 12000 and 12th percent is less than 75 means 67% my category is OBC and my home state is chhattisgarh and ?

Oh! Then you can't get any college through Josaa counselling.But you can get many good colleges based on your jee main rank in different states

is jossa counselling committee unable to help me ? I should go for court or not

Court will not help you because it is clearly mentioned in Business Rules of Josaa that you need to either get more 75% in CBSE or to be in top 20 percentile of 12th state boards to get admission in any college through Josaa counselling.
