MY JEE MAINS PERCENTAGE IS 87.60% AND MY RANK IS 1,40,617 CAN I GET NIT COLLEGES?

As per the previous year cutoffs you have no chance of getting any NIT or IIIT.If your luck will be good then you might get some seats of lower ranked NITs.
You can get some state government colleges and some private Colleges.
You should prefer to take a year drop for the preparations to score good next year and get good College.

If you belong to general or obc category then with this rank you are not going to get any of the NIT's. Your percentile is too low to get any of the NIT's. You should work hard and try next year.
