My jee mains rank is 189450 and OBC rank is 59000 can I get any nit with electrical mechanical ya civil engineering

Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NITs under Other State quota and Gender-Neutral seats. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. Your categorical rank is bit high to get a NIT college. You can apply for government colleges in your state or private colleges thorugh jee main. You can get a GFIT college through your categorical rank and domicile reservation. If you have any other reservations better to use them during the counseling.
Get the list of government colleges in your state and check for the eligibility and apply for the most probable ones and some private college names for backup.

I can't be really sure but if you wait till special round then you can get electrical or civil branch in the following colleges.

1) NIT agartala

2)NIT srinagar

3)NIT manipur

4) NIt pondicherry

HOwever i would like to suggest you to search for alternative options aswell.
