My jee mains rank is 3063.but my intermediate percentage is 72% is there any chance for me to get seat in NIT..

Congratulations on getting such a good rank in jee main but brother it is of no use as admission in all nits, gftis, iiits is possible if your 12th board percentage is greater than 75. (65% for sc/st). or you come in the top 80 percentile in the respective board examinations.
So you are not eligible for getting any college(nits,iiit,gftis), but their are some college in which one is eligible with percentage of about 50-60% .
But those colleges will not give justice to your new main rank so I would suggest to go for the improvement exams and give a try next year. Hard luck brother.

It depends. You might get. I hope you know the criteria for eligibility.

You should have at least 75% in your 12th board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile of your 12th board. So, answer to your question is that it depends on your 12th board. There are some boards in which you can be in top 20 percentile with that percentage, there are some others who much higher cutoffs for top 20 percentile.
