my jee mains rank is 378000 and belonged. to schedule caste. and CBSE board 64 % . can I participate in jossa counselling .

Your percentage must be 65 or above else u must have included in top 20 percentile , but don't worry as your rank is not decent so having good percentile cannot even provide you a good college
