My jee mains rank was 47000...but I had not cleared jee advance...is there any chance of getting admission in any NiT

The rank of JEE ADVANCED matters only for Admission in IITs. For rest of colleges, rank of JEE MAINS matter.
You have scored a rank of 47k in JEE MAINS paper 1 which is really high if you want to take admission in a good NIT.
If the cut off gets lower this time, then maybe, you can get admission in some non core branch in a New NIT if you belong to any of the reserved categories.
If you are general candidate, it would be better to try for a CFTI.
