You will not get the top NIT. but you will find place in few other NIT but not with top branch i.e EC And CS.
however some NIT can provide you these subjects specially in your home city.

You get nit of worse branch so don't go fo it. Try private college. Try college predictor tool you will get to know where you can get nit.
