Hi,
based on your marks your rank will be too low so you are unable to get any govt.college based on this marks.Instead of this try giving some other entrance exam to get a good score there otherwise you can take admission in some private colleges.

As u know your marks are low,so try for other exam like your state cet exam and work hard on it u will get some good colleges through your cet
