Your categorical rank is a bit high. You have to apply for private college which offers this course. getting a NIT or SPA will be difficult. Mostly rank is below 1k. For SPA vijaywada the ST cutoff is 469 for ALL India. For NIT Bhopal the ST cutoff is 1559 for HS and for OS 461. Chances are low so better to preffer private college.

Sorry to say but it's hard to get colleges through JEE mains paper two ie bachelor of architecture college with this rank.
One of the reasons being that there are very less colleges offering bachelor of architecture degree.
