My jee percentile is 50 can I get any college under general ews ?

Well I am sorry to say but with this percentile, it is very unlikely that you will get a good college. To get colleges through JEE Main perecntile, one first needs to clear the required cutoff as per his/her category. Now, the JEE Main 2019 cutoff for GEN-EWS was 78.21 percentile, whereas you have got only 50 perecntile. So according to the rules you are not JEE Main qualified. For you it will be very unlikely to get colleges like NITs,IIITs,GFTIs through JoSAA counselling since your percentile is very low. However, there are private and other government colleges also those who accept JEE Main score. So you can attend their respective counselling and see which colleges or branches you can get.
