My jee percentile is 84.30 in 2019 and my category rank in SC 8850 am i able to get any NIT..civil,mechanical,as per previous year clsg rank

The JEE Mains Cutoff are released based upln many factors. The cutoff for SC category is 54.0128155.
There are also separate cutoffs for candidates in a particular domicile based on the state quota reservation that they hold.
Based upon your rank you have chances in some of the NITs though they are minimal.It would had been better if you had mentioned the particular stream you wish to choose and also the state from where you belong.You also have chances in the government colleges and the private colleges.

Yes you will be able to get admission in some NITs but not desirable branch. According to previous year's trends, the options in NITs which you can get are:-

• NIT Patna, Physics
• NIT Raipur, Biomedical Technology
• SVNIT Surat, Chemistry
• NIT Agartala, BioEngineering

yep at this rank you can get admissionin lower level NIT but you have to wait upto last round . you can gt admission like NIT uttrakhand NIT jammu NIT nagaland NIT agartala but in these NIT uttrakhand is best .so now you understand please upvote ut for more detais comment below.

According to your rank, you might be able to get admission in your home state NITs, however, if the NIT in your home state is on the higher side that is, it is in top 5 or 10 NITs, then chances of branches like mechanical and civil engineering decreases.

However, you might get lower branches like Chemical, production, metallurgy, etc.
