My jee rank 14700 can I get CSE in any top nits

14700 rank is really good in JEE Mains.
Since you haven't mentioned your category, so assuming you are from General category. Here are the probable colleges with CSE or CE for you:-

1) You are from SC Category and your SC Category rank is 28500:- In this case, you won't get any NIT or GFTI. Since your rank is very high.
