Jaypee noida is private college so don't serious about your JEE rank, go for Counselling in college and you can take admission very easily and you want to take admission in CSE brach so it's also not a problem that College Counsellor says for CSE your rank should be high and different eligibility criteria to change your mind for different branch so you should go for counselling in upcoming days and take admission.
